Who we are
PRIME CONVOY is a brand operated by CORVAL S.R.L., registered office at Str. Dealul Țugulea nr. 77, Birou 2, Etaj 1, Sector 6, Bucharest, Romania, Trade Register no. J2026054743007, VAT / Unique Registration Code (CUI) RO55598743 (“we”). We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. Contact: contact@primeconvoy.ro.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and, if you choose to add them, your phone number, company, the service you are interested in and the requirements you describe. We ask you not to include sensitive information in the message field.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to prepare an offer for our services. The legal bases are your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.
Who processes it for us
The website and its form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., and enquiries are delivered to our business email. These providers act on our instructions under data processing terms. Netlify may process data in the United States under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep the data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before. Write to contact@primeconvoy.ro; we reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

Ce date colectăm: numele, adresa de email și, opțional, telefonul, compania, serviciul dorit și cerințele pe care le descrieți în formular.
Scop și temei: folosim datele exclusiv pentru a vă răspunde și, la cererea dumneavoastră, pentru a vă transmite o ofertă — pe baza consimțământului (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. a) GDPR) și a demersurilor precontractuale (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. b) GDPR). Nu folosim datele în scop de marketing și nu le transmitem terților în interesul acestora.
Persoane împuternicite: găzduirea site-ului și a formularului este asigurată de Netlify, Inc., iar cererile ajung în emailul nostru de business. Netlify poate prelucra date în SUA, în baza Cadrului UE–SUA privind confidențialitatea datelor și a clauzelor contractuale standard.
Durata păstrării: cererile care nu se concretizează într-o rezervare sunt șterse în cel mult 12 luni; datele clienților se păstrează cât este necesar pentru prestarea serviciului și pentru obligațiile legale și contabile.
Drepturile dumneavoastră: acces, rectificare, ștergere, restricționare, portabilitate, opoziție și retragerea consimțământului oricând, la contact@primeconvoy.ro (răspundem în cel mult o lună). Aveți dreptul de a depune plângere la ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro.
